Michael CanteleLAT, ATC, CEASLAT, ATC, CEAS Michael Cantele serves as the Director of Industrial Medicine at Uplift Workplace Health, bringing over 30 years of expertise in athletic medicine, injury prevention, and human performance. Before joining Uplift, he led the Athletic Medicine and Sports Performance program at Gettysburg College, overseeing the care and development of nearly 600 student-athletes across 24 varsity sports. His early career included an internship with the New England Patriots of the NFL, and he has also contributed internationally as Head Athletic Trainer for the USA Women’s Lacrosse National Team during two World Cup championship campaigns.
Michael is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist I and an Injury Prevention Specialist, with a focus on evidence-based strategies to reduce workplace injuries, enhance ergonomics, and support long-term employee well-being. His approach integrates decades of high-performance sports medicine with practical, scalable solutions for today’s industrial and occupational health environments. |
